This website
This site has no accounts or sign-in, and it runs no ads, analytics, or tracking cookies of its own.
Some parts of the page come from Google: embedded YouTube videos (in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode), video thumbnails, the availability and performance calendars, the fonts, and the booking request form, which is a Google Form. When those load, Google receives what any website receives from your browser, such as your IP address, plus anything you type into the form. Google handles that under its own privacy policy.
Booking requests reach Dr. Costa's own Google account and are used only to reply to you about your event. They are never sold or shared.
The Automatic Poster app
Automatic Poster is a private tool that publishes Dr. Costa's own videos, photos, and posts to his own accounts: his Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel, Google Business Profile, and TikTok account. Only Dr. Costa uses it. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it.
- It posts only with permission Dr. Costa granted, and only to accounts he owns.
- It stores only the sign-in keys for those accounts, encrypted in Google Cloud, and a record of what was posted and when.
- It does not collect or store anything about people who view, like, comment on, or follow his posts.
- It does not use information for advertising or profiling, and it never sells or shares it.
How to delete your data
The Automatic Poster app keeps no information about anyone other than Dr. Costa, so for most people there is nothing to delete.
- To disconnect the app from a Facebook account, open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, find "Automatic Poster", and choose Remove.
- To have anything we hold about you deleted, such as a booking request or a message, send "Delete my data" through the link below. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Children and changes
This site and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
